JUST SAYING if you’re a “nice guy” and don’t want to be lumped in with wolf whistlers and GENUINELY want to tell a pretty girl she looks nice, 

• don’t look at her like a hungry predator and she’s your prey
  
• watch your wording 
• “hey that dress looks really nice on you” good!! 
• “you wear that dress well (pet name)” bad!!
  
• honestly just keep in mind to watch your vibe and how you approach her, that makes a HELL of a difference in how we perceive things 
• COMPLIMENT = nice 
• CAT CALLING = you probably thought of something sexual (gross) 

One time this 40 year old and absolutely hammered business man yelled at me from across the street to tell me my hair looked badass. That was acceptable 2 me.
